Hi, I’m Gagan Saini, founder of JiT Home Buyers.

I started JiT Home Buyers with a simple goal: to build a real estate investment company that homeowners could genuinely trust. She had inherited the property, hadn’t completed probate, and was overwhelmed by the situation. We quickly opened escrow, worked with her lender to postpone the foreclosure sale, helped navigate the probate process, resolved the title issues, and successfully closed before the auction. Helping homeowners through difficult situations like this is why JiT Home Buyers exists.
